1. Donations

Cancellation: Donations made to Akruti Life Foundation are typically non-refundable. However, if you made an error in the donation amount or have other concerns, please contact us at akrutilifef@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

Refunds: Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as duplicate transactions. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

2. Event or Campaign Registrations

Cancellation: Registration fees for events or campaigns may be canceled up to [specific time frame, e.g., 7 days] before the event. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable administrative fees (if any). Refunds will take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Merchandise or Products

Cancellation: Orders for merchandise may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at akrutilifef@gmail.com

Refunds/Returns: Refunds will be processed for cancellations within the allowed timeframe or for defective products upon verification. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Processing Charges

Please note that any refunds approved by Akruti Life Foundation may be subject to deductions for payment gateway or bank processing fees.
